P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately, FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address, but these may be used as a billing address if need be.

Customs and Duties

Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If customs duty may be charged, a brokerage fee(service fee) will be charged by courier. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
We prepared the package with the best condition for the smooth customs.

What is your return policy?

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your Zipravs online purchase, we will gladly accept the unworn or defective items for an exchange, within 60 days of the date you received the item. Please contact us customer-service@zipravs.com. You assume full responsibility for your use of your purchase. Please see our return procedures below.

60-DAY RETURN POLICY

You may return items purchased from www.zipravs.com for exchange or refund.

Only items purchased from www.zipravs.com can be returned to us, and cannot be returned to any other retailer. Items purchased at a retailer must be returned to that retailer.

All returns must be shipped to www.zipravs.com in like-new, sellable condition within sixty (60) days of their delivery date as recorded by the shipping method. Items shipped to www.zipravs.com more than sixty (60) days past their recorded shipment delivery date will be returned to sender.

All refunds will be to the credit card used to purchase the item(s) being returned.

You may initiate a return by either (1) responding to the confirmation email that you received after placing your order, adding the word “Return” at the beginning of your subject line. Please be sure to add the reason for the return in the body of your response. Instructions will be sent to you along with a www.zipravs.com return merchandise authorization number (“RMA#”) and shipping label. All returns must be sent via the provided shipping label and no return will be accepted without a valid www.zipravs.com packing slip and given (“RMA#”) clearly written on the packing slip.

All items must be packed securely and returned in like new, sellable condition accompanied by all protective materials and accessories including, but not limited to, temple sleeves, tags, cases, cleaning cloths, boxes, and booklets.

All returns must be packed securely and should be shipped in their original outer shipping carton using the original packing protection. If the original outer shipping carton and packing protection are not available, then you may substitute a strong outer shipping carton and foam packing materials of comparable quality suitable for shipping fragile items.

Please include a photocopy of the www.zipravs.com packing slip that accompanied your shipment, clearly write your CB RMA# at the top and keep a record of your Shipping tracking number.

Zipravs expressly reserves the right to refuse returns that do not fully comply with Zipravs Return Policy and all other applicable policies governing purchases made through www.zipravs.com. All nonconforming returns will be returned to sender at sender’s expense.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from zipravs, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
